How Our Lobster Is Packed

Lobsters come live in a corrugated cardboard box with a Styrofoam cooler insert with ice gel packs to keep them live and fresh to your door. Lobsters are delivered using Priority Overnight FedEx so they can be delivered on a timely matter. Most orders in Canada is next day and some remote locations can be 2 day. We will not ship lobster if the remote area is a three day delivery.

How To Cook Lobster

Boiling Lobster: Use sufficient salted water to fully cover the lobsters and bring to a rolling boil. Grasp the lobster by the back and plunge it headfirst into the boiling water. Cover and simmer 7-10 minutes for the first pound in 2-3 minutes for each additional pound.
